Well, if you are looking for something free to make you feel better then you should go see a good movie in the “comedy” category. You could also get together with some of your friends whose company keeps you upbeat and positive.
It says in the bible “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” Proverbs 17:22
So my advice to you is to try changing your outlook on life (more positive) and laugh more. Sometimes you can watch a comedian or read a joke book. Magazines such as Reader’s Digest usually have a few pages of good “laughter is the best medicine.”

So, what does laughing do for you physically? It can lower your blood pressure, release endorphins (feel good hormones), decrease your stress hormones (cortisol), boost your T-cells (immune response) and work those abs (abdominal muscles). Lets face it, after a good “belly laugh” we all feel better!
